How Our Workshops Work
Discovery
Our initial 30-minute call assesses your team's needs, readiness, and sets specific goals and KPIs to track before and after the workshop.
We then develop a custom survey for your staff to complete beforehand, allowing us to tailor the workshop perfectly with relevant use cases and examples from your actual work.
Delivery
We send a detailed proposal and schedule your workshop at a time and location that works for your team.
While in-person delivery is preferred (we're willing to travel anywhere), we also deliver highly engaging virtual workshops.
Our goal is that by the end of the workshop, all participants will feel excited, empowered, and have a solution or use case they can put to work immediately.
Post-Workshop
Immediately after the workshop, all participants receive relevant resources and materials.
Each participant gets access to a custom 1:1 scheduling link to book 30-minute calls with Sophie for troubleshooting, questions, or tech support. This support is active for 30 days post-workshop.
30 days after delivery, we conduct a follow-up call to assess goal achievement, review KPI progress, and discuss next steps for continued AI implementation.
